Nelson Training’s Spring 2019 Customer Newsletter is out. In this issue are a number of brief articles that illustrate how interactive drama and activities have helped Nelson Training customers in their training programmes. Contents include an article on using role play actors to help one of our customers conduct a training needs analysis for their existing and upcoming team leaders. Actors posed as team members and team leaders were required to test their skills in four different challenging conversations.
We have also been designing 45 minute powerful pint sized sessions for customers who have limited training budgets and making videos for e-learning, induction or training.
We’ve also had great success with training programmes for those who hate training or who are not used to sitting indoors in a training room for several hours.
Finally, there’s a reminder for Democratic Services Managers of our training programmes for council members with local elections coming up on 2nd May.
